Forty-five minuteswith someone who's
built it before.
Skip the form. Skip the SDR queue. Book a structured 45-minute conversation with a senior practitioner from the practice that fits your programme — software, platform, cybersecurity, privacy, business applications, or AI. We come prepared. We expect you to as well.
Two minutes to know if
this is for you.
We are deliberate about who we book. The clearer we both are about what this conversation is, the more useful those forty-five minutes become.
✓This session IS
- A working architecture conversationwith someone who has built systems like the one you're scoping — not a sales rep with a deck.
- An honest gap assessmentagainst the regulatory environment you're operating in (PDPL, DPDP, GDPR, SAMA, ZATCA, SDAIA, NPHIES).
- A scope-shaping exercise that gives you the language and decision framework to take back to your team or board.
- Confidential by default — NDA on request before the session if your context requires it.
✕This session is NOT
- A pitch. If we end up working together, we will, but the goal here is your clarity — not our pipeline.
- A free RFP response. If you have a multi-vendor RFP scoped, the RFP form is the right channel. This is for the conversation that comes before.
- A general "tell me about your services" call. The website covers that. This is for a specific, named programme.
- An academic discussion. If your programme is hypothetical or twelve months from any decision, the Insights page will serve you better.
Pick the practitioner
closest to your problem.
Each of our practices is led by a senior architect with documented multi-jurisdictional delivery. Pick the one whose domain fits your programme — they personally take the call.
Forty-five minutes,
three honest phases.
Every session follows the same structure — proven across hundreds of discovery calls. We respect the clock and we expect you to as well.
Context
You walk us through the programme — the problem, the constraints, the regulatory environment, the timeline, the stakeholders, what's been tried. We listen. Almost no interruption.
Architecture
We respond with a working architectural view — three or four design decisions that matter, the regulatory traps to watch for, and what we'd build differently from what's typical in the market.
Next Steps
If there's a fit, we sketch a path forward — pilot scope, indicative effort, governance posture. If there isn't, we tell you who would be a better partner. Either way, you leave with clarity.
What you take
back to your team.
A 45-minute conversation should produce more than a follow-up email. Below is what you can expect on your desk within two business days.
An architectural point-of-view memo
A 2–3 page memo capturing the design decisions discussed, the trade-offs, and the architectural choices we'd recommend you debate with your team. Yours to keep, share, or argue with.
A regulatory framework checklist
The applicable frameworks for your programme — PDPL, DPDP, SAMA, ZATCA, NPHIES, ISO 42001, etc. — with the specific controls that matter most for your scope, and which ones we typically see overlooked.
An indicative scoping table
Order-of-magnitude sizing for what a Pilot, Programme, and Managed engagement would look like — durations, gate structure, signature deliverables. No prices yet, just the shape.
An honest fit assessment
Whether we think we're the right partner for this. If yes, why. If no, who would be — and we mean it. We'd rather lose a poor-fit engagement than win a misaligned one.
Pick a practice, pick a slot, tell us the context.

Brief context for the architect
Some sessions cover sensitive territory. We're built for it.
Mutual NDA on request Tick the box during booking and a mutual non-disclosure is in your inbox before the session begins. We can also work from your standard NDA template.
Encrypted call recording — only at your request By default no recording is taken. If you ask for one (for your own internal use), we record and provide it to you encrypted.
No CRM lead routing without consent The context you share with us is read by the architect and the architect alone. It does not enter our CRM unless you explicitly opt in to follow-up.
Things prospective
clients ask first.
Practical answers to the questions every serious enquirer asks before booking. If yours isn't here, the booking flow above includes a free-text field — ask there.
Yes. We don't charge for discovery sessions and we don't expect to. The session is a working investment in mutual fit. If we end up working together, the relationship begins from a position of established trust. If we don't, you've still walked away with a useful artefact for your team.
The senior architect for the practice you pick — typically a partner or principal with 10–18 years of multi-jurisdictional delivery. Not an SDR, not a junior consultant. The architect's name and credentials will be in your calendar invite within five minutes of booking.
Pick the practice closest to the dominant question, and we'll bring a colleague from the second practice to the session if it adds value. Most cross-practice programmes — say, a privacy-aware AI deployment — start with one architect and pull in a second within the first ten minutes. No extra cost or coordination required from you.
Architects book 5–9 sessions per week each, so most weeks you'll find slots within 3–7 days. Truly urgent enquiries (active production incidents, RFP deadlines) should use the Contact Us page with the relevant enquiry type — those route directly to a senior practitioner within one business day.
Yes. Mention the language preference in the context field and we'll route to an architect comfortable in Arabic, Hindi, or another regional language. English remains our default for most sessions because the technical vocabulary translates cleanly — but client preference always wins.
Yes — most enterprise NDAs are routine for our legal team and turn around in 24–48 hours. If your NDA is bespoke or unusual, we may negotiate one or two terms. Tick the NDA box during booking and we'll send our standard mutual; or reply to the calendar invite with your preferred template and we'll countersign.
The calendar invite contains a one-click reschedule link. Up to two reschedules at no friction. If you need to push the call beyond two weeks, we'd ask you to re-book — architect calendars stay disciplined that way.
This page is for clients with named programmes, not for partner outreach. For partnerships, use the Contact Us page with the "Partnership" enquiry type. We selectively engage with technology partners — but the conversation runs through a different channel.
